Sao Paulo went so late yesterday that I wasn't able to come here and post anything about it. I was able to catch a live feed of Nalbandian vs Simon and Nalbandian pretty much dominated that match. Unfortunately, same didn't apply today when he faced Volandri. I missed the first set and a half but was watching when Nalbandian came back from 0-40 and a couple Deuces to hold. Only then to lose his next service game after being up 40-15 and saving one BP. Gave the break to Volandri and that was that. I'm always surprised when Nalby makes it far in a clay court tourney. I know that he has had success on the surface...but I'm still surprised nonetheless.
Here are the updates from the last couple days.
